The general delivery timeIn the case of advance transfer and bank card payment, after receipt of the money, approx. 4-7 working days.
In the case of cash on delivery, following the manual confirmation of the order approx. 4-7 working days,
which can currently increase by 1-2 weeks in some cases due to logistical reasons!
Please note that there are certain products that can be pre-ordered, and the delivery time mentioned above does not apply to them!
The delivery time of products that can be pre-ordered varies, so the expected delivery time can be seen on the product page of the given product, even before the product is placed in the basket and purchased!
After the automatic confirmation, the order is also confirmed manually.
The expected delivery time for the ordered product is included in the manual confirmation!

CODIn the case of cash-on-delivery payment, you can pay the purchase price + shipping costs in cash to the delivery courier upon receiving the package at the delivery address!

Cash payment at our warehouseIn case of personal collection, you pay in cash at our warehouse in Pellerd.

PayPalIn the case of this payment method, we redirect the customer to the PayPal system. There you can use your bank card or your existing PayPal account to pay the bill. In any case, you must enter the bank card details on the PayPal page, so they will not reach the merchant under any circumstances.

In the case of Paypal payment, we charge a 4% handling fee!

Át nem vett csomagok esetén:Ha a vásárló nem veszi át a csomagot, és nem is jelezte elállási szándékát akkor milyen jogi helyzet áll fenn?
A vevő ez esetben szerződésszegést követ el. A csomag átvételének megtagadása, vagy elmulasztása nem minősül vásárlástól való elállásnak. Mivel nem vette át a megrendelt terméket, nem teljesítette a szerződéses kötelezettségét (azaz a teljesítést nem fogadta el). Ilyen esetben a vállalkozó jogosult felmondani a szerződést, és kártérítésként követelheti a szállítási díj összegét. Ha a vevő előre fizetett, akkor a termék ellenértékét a szállítási díj levonásával kell visszafizetni részére.
