No storm damage warranty is provided for the tent. Although the structure is strong and stable, the manufacturer does not accept liability in case of storm damage. We strongly recommend that the tent be added to your property insurance immediately after installation.

We do not accept claims for damages caused by insurance events (e.g. hail, storm, strong wind gusts, flooding, inundation, snow load, etc.). Such damages must be settled with your property insurance provider. The above conditions apply equally to both the structure and the tarpaulin.
